Created by midwives specifically for expectant mothers, this organic loose-leaf herbal tea blends red raspberry leaf and peppermint. Raspberry leaf has traditionally been used during late pregnancy as part of birth preparation, while peppermint adds a refreshing flavor and is commonly enjoyed for digestive comfort.

Mummy's Organics recommends beginning its Birth Ready Tea from 32 weeks of pregnancy, starting with one cup per day and gradually increasing to a maximum of four cups per day. The tea can be enjoyed hot or cold and contains only organic red raspberry leaf and organic peppermint.

How to prepare: Add approximately one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per cup to freshly boiled water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Mummy's Organics advises consulting a doctor or midwife before use and only consuming the tea from 32 weeks of pregnancy onward.
