Returns & Exchanges
Due to the curated and often perishable nature of our products, all Heart & Bow gift boxes and food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heartandbowco@gmail.com and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
Individual non-perishable retail items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Return requests must be approved prior to sending any items back.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged products, fulfillment errors, or at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Heart & Bow reserves the right to review all return requests individually.
